Chaffing dish ideas for group serving

Sounds like all of you might be able to help with my question!

Have just purchased a chaffing dish which I plan to use when
the non-profit group of which I am a member gets together.
Have a full pan insert, two half pan inserts and two deep quarter
inserts.

The first meal we plan to use it at will be a spaghetti dinner
held after a fundraising drive ending in a public park.
Two deep quarter pans will hold sauce, large half pan will
hold spaghetti. Will use gas outdoor cookers for fixing(heating_ meal.

Need ideas for future combinations.
Such as baked beans in large half pan, sugar peas in deep quarter
pan, and creamed potatoes in deep quarter pan.

Already figured I could do peach cobbler and apple cobbler
in half pans for warm dessert dish in future.
Can do meat loaf, chicken dressing loaf combination also.

Could use your help about viable combinations. I am not a professional, although I did, once upon a time, decorate
cakes for a living.
