Do what we need to do to convince them we are qualified

The people where I do business don't know what a personal chef is, so they think this is an original idea, which is ok for me. I have not had anyone ask me whether I am licenced or not. They have been concerned about food safety, my restaurant experience, whether they can trust me or not, etc. it is our job to convince them we are qualified, that we are trustworthy, that we take sanitation seriously (certified does help), We can offer quality,consistency, originality, and we know what we are doing.

If we can convince them that, then we can get our foot into the door and provide these clients with some good food.
