I do charge a container fee regardless if they think they have enough containers. And they do sometimes argue that. I prefer to use the same thing. I use glass pie plates and Microware (brand)products. They can go from the freezer to the micro and to the oven at no more then 400 degrees, and they work great. It depends on the client, the plan and the entree. If I am preparing meals for two, I like to use the pie plates. They look good and reheat well in the oven or mocro. I prefer to package vegetables (blanched) and dishes with a sauce like consistency like stews, soups, etc in freezer bags and just instruct them to reheat in a
