: I am currently using the Country Cookin' pressed paperboard packaging from MMM Distribution. It works well for us but still leaves much to be desired. I have contacts in the food packaging industry and am thinking about having some custom packaging made for me. It would be airtight, freezer to microwave to oven, and allow for excellent presentation. Please give me feedback regarding any interest other PC's would have in purchasing quality packaging designed by personal chefs for personal chefs.

I would be interest in an alternative to the packaging offered by MMM. Some clients compain that the product "leaks" when reheated. What seems to happen is that the bottom of the container gets soggy and sweats on the outside.

Cost would be a factor. I do not want to buy a vaccum sealer to enclose another container as was suggested by Candy. Let me know what you come up with. Thanks
