Upscale TV dinners? If that statement is true, it is waaaaaaaaay
up the scale. The only part of the kitchen that is used is the
sink, range, counter space, and refrigerator/freezer. You get to
make contact with the person doing the cooking and choose foods
you want and prepared they way you like them. The other way you
choosse from an available list or menu. You also have to deal
with getting the food (what? where? how much?)on days when you
just may not have that extra time. You may also enjoy the aroma
of food cooking in your home. You may wish to give it as a gift.
Unlike you, many people do not know how to cook. The cooking needs
to be done in their home to meet health department criteria.

It seems like it would be the best Chef job there is truly working on a personal level with the people that eat your food. but what would be the cost per-meal. Would you only be able to cook for rich people. In my mind it seam the time alone get product would be prohibitive. How’s it done.

: : The basic plan is this (and there can be minor variations to the theme): You decide with the client which 5 entrees you are going to make, you decide when you will cook it, you get the groceries, you show up at their house with your equipment and you spend the day cooking. When you have finished you package everything for the fridge or freezer, clean up and go home. The client decides what they are going to eat and when they will eat it. All they have do to is thaw and reheat. It is that easy!

: : It is not just for the rich, I can tell you that! People are too busy to cook these days, but are getting hammered all the time about eating healthy. Having a Personal Chef cook for you is cost effective: better food than a restaurant, more healthy ingredients, no standing in the grocery store lines, don't have to come home from a 10 hour day and spend an hour or two putting together a meal.
