Hi Lena,
What type of recipes are you looking for? How about Ore Buckets?
Take some oranges and cut the top 1/3 off of them. Take out the insides. Prepare a package of boxed-cake mix, any flavor that you like. Fill the hollowed out oranges with the cake batter (about 2/3) and put the tops of the oranges back on. Wrap them in aluminum foil. Put them in the oven (temperature suggested on the cake mix box) and bake them for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven when done, unwrap aluminum, and allow to cool.
This is an old camping recipe converted for oven use.
