For all Chef/Instructors at ACFEI accredited Culinary schools and programs, the revised and updated guidline book for the Baron H. Galand Culinary Knowledge Bowl is now complet and avaiable from the ACF National Office. Contact Terri Ann in the education department and if they cannot answer your questions, you can e-mail me and I should be able to get your answer.
