I am interested in graduate programmes in the culinary arts. I know there is a Masters of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy at Boston University, but I live in the Canadian Rockies and that is a little out of my way. Does anyone know of other graduate programmes pertaining to food/gastronomy/anthropology of food etc.? I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.
