Their is not any one set of lesson plans, because each has their own thoughts as to what is important. But I find it will be a life long process and I enjoy this. Reading new books to pick up newer and better techniques or from other chefs and bakers in the industry. Teaching the basics and the fundamental skills and techniques are still what is most important. Professional Cooking, Professional Chef and On cooking are some of the best for teaching at the high school level and are filled with the basics needed. Unfortunatly you must make your own lesson plans from these. Ron
