Hi,
Currently I'm a 4th Degree student in england researching for my dissertation (12,000 word study) the significance of gastronomy as commercial know how in a graduates employment.
Basically I'm trying to define what gastronomy is. and the relevence it plays in the education of students at degree level.

Please can anyone help.
