i am a chef in vail,co. working for beaver creek mountain dinning. my next goal is to become a culinary educator. my education: cerificate in culinary from connecticut culinary. i am presently working on my associate in business. i have been cooking profesionally for the past 10 years and have been a chef for the past 6. i do both culinary and the pastry arts. i am looking for information on what i need in order to teach and the process in which to apply to culinary institutions.
