I am looking for interactive software to aid in instructing students in any aspect of Culinary Arts from Sanitation to Sauces. I would like to know if anyone is familiar with Chef-Tec and if that program would be adaptable to an educational setting. Also, I am considering a training series called TAP(Training Achievement Program) produced by Premier Foodservice Distributors and Chimera Multimedia. If any readers of this Forum are familiar with these packages I would appreciate input, critique, etc. Any recommendations for other software along these lines would be helpful. I would like to hear from someone about the ACF Sanitation CD. Is it a refresher course or a complete training course.
