Work has be brutish so it has been awhile since I was able to get back here.
You web site looks fine in IE5 now but in NS4 it is still wide. Possibly it is the first cell tag

Calling for the cell to be 3+ times the size of the table.
wysiwyg html generators are great for designing the page look but they can creat some tags that can be a problem sometimes.
