Meal/Menu Planning software or internet sites

I was wondering if you new of an Internet site or software that can do very specific meal planning. My husband is a VERY picky eater.
I want to be able to exclude specific ingredients from searched recipes. Usually the search is the opposite.

I would like to be able to input a dish or ingredient and search for what can go with it.

I want to be able to add,substitute or delete ingredients from a recipe. ie replace plain yogurt w/ may or sour cream--and have the nutritional infomation adjusted accordingly.

I've seen plans that search recipes to match according to nutritonal content matches--so that the food pyramid is followed, but I have not seen these other options.
