We are considering a similar project.Jeanne inherited a large collection of commercial recipes from her father a cereal chemist from Chicago.He also worked for Pillsbury for many years as well as owning a doughnut shop.The collection includes many commercially available recipes plus his personal recipes with his personal notes on fermentation,and the effects of elevation and humidity.The personal recipes have never been used other than in his own buisness.We would like to market what recipes have value.
