What a promising forum!
I have used FoodTrak since 1990 and lately have used ExecuChef.
ChefTec is a program that also appears good but I haven't actually used it.
The Execuchef software folks are really building nice features into their program like a culinary dictionary, the ability to search for recipes by cusisine or diet needs and a packing list of tools and equipment to take when catering off premises.
