Thanks for the encouragement. It's early days, but I've been corresponding with Matthew Starobin in earlier posts and via email on the subject and I think we can get something happening sooner rather than later.
I mentioned to Matthew that I'd try to set up a web site this weekend to give us somewhere to publish information on recipe/ingredient exchange stuff. I'll post the URL here later next week. Drop by the site, I'm keen to hear from all comers.
