If you have the dollars, there is a great system called FoodPro from Aurora Information Systems. We use it at the University of Maryland, Department of Dining Services. It has helps manage warehouse inventory, local inventory different cost centers, commissaries, recipie and menu managment, sales and service forecasting, POS interface, and a new accounts payable interface to authorize payment for items recieved. There is a Nutrition Module also (which we don't use at Maryland).
