Good to hear from you. As I mentioned previously, I'm working on a web site to carry any food service XML stuff that we might, as a group, come up with. I was hoping to have it up about a week ago, but work got in the way. :-(
I'll try to get the site running this weekend.
I'm working on a (very) rough first attempt at a format standard for this web site. Who knows, my first attempt may turn out to be complete rubbish, but at least it will be a starting point for discussion.
I'll email you when the site's up.
