We have recently purchased Room Viewer by Timesaver Software. It's easy to learn and has a lot of features that other similar software did not have. It also interfaces with some of the catering sofware. We use Cater-Ease and they have just sent us the interface and it's made our banquet bookings a lot easier just in time for our busiest season.
