I use Execuchef Pro software (www.execuchef.com) It took a while to get all the inventory items entered, but once it was complete, and the recipes entered, it gave me a tighter grip on my controls. My food cost dropped 1%. A savings of about $25,000. That's a good deal considering the software only cost around $1000
