Has anyone purchased or used the "Book of Yields" (book or CD ROM) published by Chef Desk? It is a book of conversions from weight to volume of a list of raw materials. There is also a CD-ROM, apparently with the same information. Is it user friendly? Importable info to other food costing programs? Leave a follow-up here or E-mail me.
