I am not sure about imports, but it is definately comprehensive. I have a copy of the manual, and I have found nothing as helpful anywhere. It gives trim yeilds for just about everything used in a kitchen. I use it to adjust every recipie I cost. I would refer you to the software's creator for any further questions.
