I just graduated with a B.S. in dietetics and am thinking of going to culinary school (My real interest is just food itself). I love cooking and I really want to eventually combine nutrition/cooking/food/writing, etc, and I just want to know how to get started?????? Contacts? Market for combination nutrition/food writing? I don't want to end up in healthcare or worse. Any advice would help.
