: You have a good background but design courses are also in order. I am offering a 4 day Food Styling class in October of 1999. If you contact me I will be happy to send you a brochure with prices and topics to be covered. You will have the benefit of a personalized class with hands-on training along with the opportunity to work with a professional photographer to help begin your portfolio. This class is held in the Chicago area and I include a field trip for students to purchase equipment etc. Students come from all over the world to attend my classes. I look forward to hearing from you.
