I have been cooking professionally for eight years, primarily as a pastry chef for the last four. Food writing and recipe development is the direction I wish my career to take. Many of my recipes have been published and I have developed recipes for major corporations via a New York based advertising agency. I love my work and hope someone has a job for me.
