Our grocery store has a wonderful meat dept, including the only smoke house
in this town and we are currently looking to hire a meat
manager/cutter. Can anyone help me by letting me know where
there is a Meat Cutting School in the USA that is currently
graduating meat cutters? So many have closed down in recent years.
