Arlene.........My husband is attending the PRS and loves it.
He too is changing careers. He is taking the PT Chef Training
He attends school mon nites 6-10 and Sat all day 8-5.
He doesn't have a BS so I'm not sure what questions you have, but
he could tell you a little about it.
He loves it and I've never seen him so excited about
anything. He is VERY GOOD also.
