I'm 21,and I have been a vegetarian since I was born, and being that my family eats a lot of meat, I found myself in the kitchen all the time. Cooking has become a huge part of my life, that I would love to do it for a career. I have been looking for a culinary school for about a year now, but can't find one near my house. Please help me if you have any knowledge of a school that's in Southern CA.
