I am changing careers like many others I have read about. I intend on attending a culinary institute this fall. I would like some information on the reputation on the two schools or any others in the Ny/NJ area. My current plans are to relocate to Mass. and attend J&W, however I will be uprooting my family and would like to know if it is worth it.
Any information is greatly appreciated on NYRS and its reputation outside the NY area.
