: :I'm Marco and I live in Italy ,
I know that it's very difficult to find these kind of school
here in Italy .
There is some private school for cooking ,normally very expensive, and I don't know if there is a english school.
I'm sorry but I can help you after spoke with my 'professor'.
In this momemt I'm attending a professional course of cooking
in BERGAMO with a 'Two stars' CHEF in Michelin Guide.
Probably he knows some particular school for foreigners.
In the next future I can send you a message with some indications.
At the same time I'm looking for a possibility to find a job in USA
as a Chef....or better as an Italian Chef !!
I can evaluate to take over a little restaurant in USA , preferably
in Chesapeake bay or those areas.
Have you some indications or particular helps ?
Thanks a lot , I wait some reply from you, as soon as possible
Bye
Marco
