When I saw your submission, I just had to write you back.
I will be starting Peter Kump's Pastry program in exactly 2 weeks. I was very impressed with the faculty, the curriculum & the reputation. I researched some other schools in NYC, but Peter Kump's was the one that fit my needs the most.
I too, am changing careers. I had been in the advertising industry for 4 years and got completely burnt out & bored!
Before I decided to attend the school, I asked if I could observe a class. They said sure & I stayed for three hours. I just loved it & that is when I knew it was for me!
