I'm in search of a degree in culinary arts to open my own restaurant. I understand that a lot of school is what you make of it, but I want to know if PA culinary is a reputible, and productive program. Obviously I would like to get in to CIA, but if not, I am thinking either PA or California Culinary Academy.
