Hi. My lifelong goal is to become a chef...I have heard that the three best schools are in Paris, New York, and San Francisco. Is this true and if so what schools are they? I would like to be able to apply at one or more of these. Do you know of any websites with info on these schools? I would greatly appreciate any and all help with this question. thank you in advance.
