Forget Emeril, he's not a serious chef ..just a TV personality.
I looked at this site today, they will help you get scholarship money and have 100% placement. They will help you apply.

The NY Times food critic wrote about Emeril yesterday, I quote.
"it was a bad sandwiche, a very bad sandwiche, greasy,uncooked."
"The bread was greasy, the turkey dry and the mystery orange cheese wasn't even melted"
"Poor cooking skills, Mangled tradition, sloppy presentation"
"Panzanella looked disturbingly like a heap of food headed for the garbage disposal"

Anyone in the food business could have told the Times this a long time ago. Nice to see the phonies exposed for once.
