There is a new school open in Vancouver BC that seems great. 6 month full time program, canadian exchange rate, modern facilites, small classes, students run on-site restaurant and bakeshop, plan menus, cater events, etc... Has anyone heard anything about this school (good or bad), is it worth it to go to a new school (open 1yr) without a recognized reputation, etc... ?
