Hi, Mary. Peter Kumps is a great choice. I didn't attend their program, but I have gone to demonstrations and hands-on classes. They are great. The chefs know their stuff. I would recommend that you not choose the New York Restaurant School. Yes, it is inexpensive, flexible schedules, and scholarship; but the education that I've been receiving is lacking. Had I known what I know now, I would have chosen Kumps or FCI. Good luck, let me know what you've decided.
