Neci vs. CIA? I'm not familiar w/ the ciriculums now, but if NECI is still following in the ways they did things in the 80's, then DEFINATELY NECI! After working in the industry & getting my start by working at NECI, I highly recommend the experience of NECI. Do you want practical traing or theory? NECI is definately more hands on!
