I am 43yrs old and have a dream of someday owning catering business and/or a bed and breakfast, I've been told that both areas would be an extension of the "person" I am. I have the opportunity to work in a bakery/coffee shop in Ventura, Ca beginning in Jan. and will be trained on the job how to make the bread, muffins, etc......I am considering going to school, but don't know if I need to, if so where, and in what - culinary or pastry/baking. I don't want to waste time or money.. I have asked for info from J&W. Please help direct me..I am eager, excited, and creative..Thanks in advance!!!! Linda
