: Aims Academy also has a culinary program in Dallas. I understand it is 9 months intensive (M-Thurs. 9am-3pm). Does anyone know anything about it?

: : I recently finished my high school education. I wanna be a professional Cheff and I'm looking for a good culinary school(s) in the Dallas area. I also would apreciate information on scholarships. Any feed back would be helpful. THANK YOU!!!

: The only culinary school in Dallas that I know of is El Centro College. They offer a 2 year aas in food and hospitality services. In county cost for the school is $500/year, out of county is $900/year. They do offer scholarships ranging from $600-$1000 each. Contact: C. Gus Katsigris, (214) 860-2202, corner of Main and Lamar Streets, Dallas TX

: Houston and Austin have more schools. E-mail me if you need additional information.

: Consider going out-of-state to Culinary Institute of America, California Culinary Academy, Johnson & Wales, or Scottsdale Culinary Institute
