I am planning a new years dinner and have one vegetarian guest. The theme of the dinner is foods from New Orleans. I have searched the web and my cookbooks but cannot find a recipe that does not recquire any special or rare foods. I would appreciate any ideas to serve my guest greatly. Thank you.
