I'm currently a culinary student in the Chicago area. I will be graduating in about a year, and my plan is to work/travel overseas for a couple of years. I'm looking for any information in terms of what it takes to work overseas in the food industry. Any references(web sites, books, etc.) would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
