I am interested in making a mid-career change to the
pasty field (not sure if I want to work in a restaurant
or catering). I want to go to school but am having a
difficult time ranking schools in terms of quality. I
can find out tuition costs, but I would like know which
schools would teach the most in a concentrated time and
which schools would look the best on my resume to a
prospective employer. I would like a school on the
east coast (Washington, DC or New York) but would be
willing to go other places as well. Thanks
