Schools mean next to nothing on a resume, its work experience that counts.
A cheapo community college is just as ineffective at training you as the best school in the world, the only real difference iare the connections you might make at the better school and their placement capability. I just hired someone new to train today, no culinary school at all, the only thing I want is no dopes and no dreamers. Attitude and common sense is something no school can give.
