We need help finding the right combination.
My daugher is interested in becoming a
Pastry Chef - dreaming of having her own
little bakery or such some day.
Dad thinks that a B.S. degree in a
related field is the first step.
Is learning the business side important or
as important as the Chef part.
She has top grades in H.S. - advanced classes
and a GPA above 4.5 so it should be no problem.
I think we both have a problem with these schools that have no minimum standard - She had been thinking engineering at Texas A&M

So what do you experts think?
