You'd be saving tens of thousands of dollars skipping culinary school so best put it to work investing in yourself.
I travelled 2000 miles to get my apprenticeship, don't limit yourself to a commute.
Whats a journeyman chef?
a line cook can make $12 easy.
Allow a couple of yrs to develop basic skills and gain confidence, 10 yrs before you use the chef tag.
