Culinary Academy students and was wondering if
I could get some of these comments too. Just
to know what other school are like also.

GOOD DAY STUDENTS
In response to your question of the difference
in culinary schools......
The real answer is YOU. CCAC also has good
program. All are different and all are the
same. Confusing? They all teach basics and
standards. There's no magic school that will
unscrew your head and put it in. You must HAVE
drive and devotion for the industry. You can
attend the most expesive hard core culinary
schools, but if you do not apply yourself,
well.
I personally graduated from The Pennsylvania
Institute of Culinary Arts.
They have come full circle from 10 yrs ago.
I, being a proud alumni recommend it.
PICA '89 grad :-)
