Thats rather cheap, 9 students x $3.5 US = 31K .
I wonder how they make money?, most schools charge a lot more.
Many have bigger classes too.

Anyway, if money is an issue ( IT ALWAYS IS) just get a job and earn as you learn. Don't bother looking in the papers, you have to go and beg.
