I attended Le Cordon Bleu and have had a managed career. I am the Executive Chef for the Four Seasons in AZ opening in DEC. 99
I have worked for many people but 9 months wont put you in my position. I apprenticed in France for 11 years and have worken in a French Kitchen since I was 9 years old. Email and I will get in touch with you on what your best educational move is...
