Had to get back to you as I did the "woman" thing and assumed that you know there are alot of "bad" people out there and they should be told on. I have actually found another forum that had mentioned about the job from hell and was gratefull to know who it was. We assume that the workplace will be fun and have all these wonderful oppertunities(?) for us to do the "chef thing" well it ain't so. I feel responsible to tell the "true" aspects of the jobs and frankly so did several of the chefs who taught us at theCIA we were told of the crap jobs and ones that promise you the world and it's a hell hole. Granted not all are but there are alot that are! Sorry for being too vague I get crazed at times----HORMONES-- it;s a joke....Lisa Hays Callison
